Where: San Francisco, California

Our role: Creating of the anatomically accurate bison sculpture, mold and cast bronze Fabrication

The client wanted: To dismantle and replicate all aspects (except the taxidermy) of the Museum’s 1933 classic diorama hall and add four all newly conceived dioramas “of the same style.” Four different background impressionist mural styles were part of the original gallery.

Weldon Exhibits documents the original gallery dioramas in every detail prior to demolition, WE protected and inventories all items to be save and then faithfully fabricated scientifically accurate new improved 1933 dioramas.
